Time is running out for registering your cannabis seeds in Colombia
Since the cannabis industry in Colombia is still growing, it is fairly difficult to find stable developed seeds that are suitable for an industrial project. Colombia’s government has addressed that matter by instituting the legal figure of “Fuente Semillera”, which opens up a window for registering seeds before the Colombian Institute of Agriculture, as long as the application is presented before December 31, 2018.
